Q: How long do Pre Orders take to ship?

A: Pre orders are made while items are in production, they usually take 25-35 days to finish production and 35-45 days to ship after you've made a purchase.

Q: Where can you ship your plushies to?

A: For Plushies, we are limited to where the license allows us to ship to, please check the product page for location information.

Q: What about your other products?

A: We can ship our T-Shirts and posters (Original owned, licensed products are subject to location restrictions) worldwide! This is because we've partnered with warehouses in Europe and in North America to ship out almost globally, making it easier to ship T-Shirts almost anywhere.

Q: How do I track my package?

A: Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost in shipment?

A: If this happens, reach out to saylorsofficial@yahoo.com ASAP.

Q: I put the wrong address after placing an order, what do I do?

A: Reach out to us ASAP, we can edit addresses easily!

Q: What happens if I placed a wrong address and the package was shipped?

A: If your package is heading to the wrong address, we are unable to stop the package from heading to the wrong direction, and your package will not be insured, therefor we won't be able to refund you. Please double check your address.

Q: What's your refund policy?

A: We can refund on orders only if they are defunct within 10 days of delivery, so please reach out to us ASAP.

EU ONLY: IT IS 14 DAYS WITHIN ARRIVAL AND CAN BE RETURNED, REACH OUT TO US.
